ORDER PROCESS

  1. Inquiry and Quotation
    • Customers contact Hoang Phuong Crafts with product inquiries, including product types, quantities, and specifications.
    • Hoang Phuong Crafts provides a detailed quotation, including product prices, lead times, and shipping terms.
  2. Proforma Invoice (PI) Issuance
    • Upon confirmation of the order details, Hoang Phuong Crafts issues a Proforma Invoice (PI) outlining the agreed terms, products, quantities, prices, and payment conditions.
  3. Deposit Payment
    • Customers are required to make a deposit of 30% of the total order value as per the payment terms specified in the PI.
    • Payment details, including bank account information, are provided to facilitate the transfer.
  4. Order Confirmation
    • Once the deposit is received, Hoang Phuong Crafts confirms the order and initiates production.
    • A timeline for production and delivery is communicated to the customer.
  5. Production and Quality Control
    • Hoang Phuong Crafts commences production of the order, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
    • A third-party inspection service can be arranged if requested by the customer to inspect products before packing.
  6. Packing and Shipping
    • Upon completion of production, products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.
    • Hoang Phuong Crafts coordinates with shipping partners to arrange the shipment of goods, providing customers with estimated shipping dates and tracking information.
  7. Final Payment and Document Submission
    • After the goods are ready for shipment, the remaining 70% balance is payable upon receipt of the scanned shipping documents.
    • Hoang Phuong Crafts sends the necessary shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice) to the customer for customs clearance.
  8. Delivery and Feedback
    • Goods are delivered to the customer’s specified destination.
    • Hoang Phuong Crafts follows up with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the received products and to gather feedback for future improvements.
  9. After-Sales Support
    • Any issues or concerns regarding the order are addressed promptly.
    • Hoang Phuong Crafts offers support for any warranty claims or replacements as per company policy.
